Individual Sessions
You are always welcome to contact me to find out whether I can help you with the problem or symptom you are struggling with.
It may be about self-esteem or relationships with your friends or partner. It may be excessive self-criticism, feelings overwhelming you, or other patterns/habits that you find hard to let go of.
The process is a collaboration in which we together explore what stands in the way of what you want for yourself and in your life.
For the process and treatment to be effective, it will be necessary for us to meet over a period at regular intervals.
Together we will find out what is possible and appropriate for you.
A session typically lasts 1½ hours.
I work primarily through exploratory conversation.
We work with the spoken word, the mind and beliefs; we also work with the bodily and sensory as well as feelings and emotions.
This means it is a slow conversation in which I support you in sensing and connecting with everything that happens in the body along the way.
An important basic principle in the process is to invite what is called "meeting moments":
It is when we feel seen, heard, and met that change becomes possible and can happen.
The process aims to gather, integrate, and balance all three levels of functioning (body, feelings, and thoughts) and experience in our being.
In this greater integration and coming together, a larger sense of wholeness arises so that you can be yourself and rest in yourself.

My therapeutic offer is primarily aimed at adults in the normal range, which means without the need for psychiatric treatment.
